Choose your rental period
Choose the dates you would like to rent equipment. This will allow you to see the availability of our products and if they line up with your expected dates.
Select your equipment
Browse our inventory to see the products we have available and add your selected products to your cart to check out.
Book and pay online
Finally, you can go to the checkout to book and pay your reservation deposit which will be applied to your rental price at pickup. This will ensure that the products are reserved just for you.
At pickup you will sign your rental agreement and be all set to go!

Reservations for our equipment can be made online through our website or by phone with one of our ready to help team members at (920)445-9769.
Start by browsing our equipment catalog. Once you've selected the equipment that suits your needs, specify the rental duration and click "add to cart." All reservations require a nonrefundable reservation deposit that will be applied to your rental price at pickup.
Upon pickup you will complete the rental agreement, providing necessary details, and pay the rental fee and a separate refundable security deposit. We'll have the equipment prepared for pickup at our location or arrange for delivery to your project location.

In the event that the rented equipment experiences any damage during your rental period, please notify us immediatly. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. It's important to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment damage. Yes, depending on availability of the rented equipment, you may be able to extend the rental period. Keep in mind that the availability of specific equipment may vary, so it is required that you notify us at least one hour prior to the end term of your rental agreement. All extensions must be made and agreed to in writing. Contact our team to discuss your extension needs, and we'll work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the equipment.

Delivery and pick-up are available within 25 miles of our location for an additional $200.00 charge, or $100.00 each way. All requests for delivery or pickup must be made at least 72 hours prior to reservation. If your project location is further than 25 miles from White Raven, please call us at (920)445-9769 for potential delivery options and rates.
